The SAGE Precision Brewer is the world's first 1.7-litre drip coffee maker with the precision to automatically brew artisan-quality filter coffee.

It consists of 6 unique preparation modes , enjoy the perfect and balanced coffee exactly to your liking. Preset modes include Gold, Fast, Strong, Iced, and Cold Brew.

To fine-tune the flavor, you can adjust the pre-infusion time, flow rate, and filter temperature, or even use an adapter for your favorite drip method.

Getting great-tasting coffee requires precise control of temperature, flow rate, and contact time.
- 1. PID control: precise adjustable digital temperature control that allows to extract the coffee evenly.
- 2. Pump: 3 different flow rates can be selected to optimize contact time.
- 3. Thermo-Coil heating system: a heating system that supplies purer water during coffee preparation.

In Gold Cup Preset Mode, the SAGE Precision Brewer Glass automatically adjusts the water temperature and brew time to meet standards set by the SCA.

The Steep & Release valve automatically keeps the water in contact with the coffee when brewing directly into cups, without the carafe. Its "My Brew" program allows you to customize any of the parameters such as pre-brew time, brew temperature, and flow rate to suit the specific coffee you're using, whether it's more floral, fruity, etc.

Brew any amount of coffee just the way you like it with the included flat-bottom filter and conical filter , both included.
