All information about this product can be found on this web portal.
Payments in the online store are made through the payment platform by credit card and PayPal. The total amount will be debited at the time of the order.
atmans reserves the right to cancel orders without notice in case of incomplete order information, technical errors, changes in tax burden, out of stock and/or force majeure.
We roast to order. Once coffee has been sold and shipped to a customer and is returned to us for any reason, it is considered a product that cannot be remarketed in any way as it has been handled outside of our facility.
However, refunds will be made in the following cases:
- Error in the processing of the order.
- If the customer does not receive the order due to the responsibility of the shipping company.
No refunds will be made in the following cases:
- The coffee/product is in optimal condition and the customer does not want to receive it for a reason beyond our control.
- Due to the absence of the customer at the time of delivery of the order by the shipping company.
- If there is no error on the part of atmans or on the part of the shipping company.
- If the order has been paid through the payment portal, even if it has not yet been shipped.
