Refund policy

Since we do not keep stock, coffee orders are roasted and prepared at the request of the customer and according to the instructions of each buyer. Therefore, no changes or returns will be accepted once the purchase has been confirmed (in accordance with Article 103 of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

If you notice any anomaly in the products received, you can notify us by email to hello@atmanscoffee.com, indicating the shipment number and the description of the problem.

Note that we will not accept a refund if the delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the recipient. Therefore, we recommend that you always provide a valid delivery address.
