In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 on Data Protection, by submitting personal data by email or by filling out a form on this web portal, the user agrees that atmans will treat such data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The data will be included in atmans' files in order to respond to the user's requests and, if necessary, to send informative communications about atmans' various activities (calls for events, legislative changes, services, offers, etc.).

The data stored each time the user places an order in our online store are: name, address, phone number, email, IP address and the content of the order.

We need the name, address, phone number, email and the content of the order, as this data is necessary to deliver the order and inform the user about the delivery. We record the user's IP address to prevent fraud in our online store. We do not record payment data, as this is processed through Shopify's digital payment platform.

We share the name, address, phone, email and the content of the order only with the companies responsible for shipping and recurring payments.

atmans reserves the right to use the so-called "cookies" in any type of use of the web portal. However, users will be informed about the possibility to refuse this use on their computer.

User data is kept for five years and then deleted. We keep the user data during this period, as required by the Spanish Tax Documentation Law.
