Shipping policy
Orders are shipped by mail, depending on the option chosen by the customer. Delivery times are estimated once the order is placed, regardless of whether it is a business day.
Generally, the coffee is roasted as soon as the order is placed. The roasting can take place maximum from Monday to Tuesday of the same week in which the order was placed.
Prices are for shipping charges only. Duties and taxes may apply and will be charged by the shipping company and paid by the recipient.
Defective packages due to handling during shipping will not be accepted.
To return an order, it must be in perfect condition and the purchase invoice must be included. It is very important that the returned products are perfectly packed. If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, the return will not be accepted.
For all returns, the value of the order will be refunded, except for the cost of return shipping and related services. In the case of defective products or faulty shipments, we will cover the cost.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
If you wish to make a return, you must contact hello@atmanscoffee.com and provide the order number and the reasons for the return, as well as your name, invoice number and mobile phone number.
In the case of a return due to shipping errors or other reasons for which we are responsible, pickup is free of charge to the customer. In other cases, the customer bears the costs.
Once we receive the material in perfect condition with the original packaging and invoice, we will proceed with the payment of the product.
