The Aillio Bullet R2 Pro, with a capacity of 1.2 kg, is ideal for the most demanding professionals who require superior control and efficiency. This exclusive version incorporates features such as infrared sensors, RoasTime, and RoastWorld Cloud, in addition to a Pro cooling tray with bean agitation, a barometric pressure sensor, and a hybrid LED/OLED display. All units include the Aillio Toolkit and the IBTS at no additional cost. A PC/Mac with Windows or Linux is required for profiling, technical support, and maintenance. It comes with a 2-year warranty.
