The DUAL CHAMBER filter is a completely new approach to coffee brewing. It is a filter with two brewing chambers to extract different soluble compounds from the coffee in the same infusion, allowing you to shape the profile of your cup by deciding which coffee flavours you want to enhance.
The filter's two brewing chambers are designed to offer the possibility of preparing different doses of coffee, proportions, contact times, grinds, temperatures and, why not, coffees in the same infusion. Opening up a completely new concept for coffee extractions, focused on deciding which flavour compounds we should develop and mix to build the desired flavour to provide the best sensory experience and, ultimately, achieve the maximum performance from each coffee.

Coffee needs a degassing time after being roasted, and as we work practically without stock , we will make our shipments respecting its resting time so that you have it at home in the next 2-3 business days.
Ready to drink
Once we receive the order, we roast it, rest it, package it and send it... with this time frame it will arrive ready to be consumed in Filter , and if you wait a few more days, for Espresso .

..things turn out better. It is not necessary for your coffee to arrive in 24 hours unless you want to contemplate how beautiful the grain and the package are;)
