About this coffee
There are coffees you taste, enjoy and remember for a while.. And then there are others that simply stay with you..
We first tried this Pink Bourbon from Paraíso 92, one of Wilton Benitez’s farms, several years ago. We still remember the feeling perfectly: one of those cups that makes you stop and wonder what exactly is happening in there.
From that moment on, we knew that one day we wanted to work with this coffee.. And we didn’t stop until we made it happen.
Paraíso 92 is part of Wilton Benitez’s universe of projects, where every lot is handled with the level of precision and control that defines his approach to coffee. In this case, Pink Bourbon reveals an especially aromatic, tropical and well-defined expression.
One of those cups that explains by itself why certain coffees end up becoming part of our TOP selection.
In the cup
Orange blossom appears from the very beginning, delicate and perfumed. Grapefruit brings a lively citrus acidity with a slightly bitter edge, while papaya and pineapple add ripe, sweet and incredibly juicy tropical fruit.
The cup has intensity, but also remarkable clarity. Especially as filter, all those layers begin to separate and appear one after another: floral, citrusy, tropical.. and then sweet again.
An incredibly delicious coffee, the kind that is hard to let cool down because you always want to go back for another sip.
Why we selected it
In this case, the answer is quite simple.. Because we had wanted to for years..
We tried this Pink Bourbon a long time ago, and it became one of those coffees that stays stored in your memory. Not because of one specific tasting note or a score, but because of something much harder to explain: finishing the cup and immediately wanting to go back to it..
Years later, we can finally share it..
Orange blossom, grapefruit, papaya and pineapple. So much fruit, precision and a sweetness that seems to never end.
Some coffees we select.. Others we spend years waiting to finally do so..

Coffee needs a degassing time after being roasted, and as we work practically without stock , we will make our shipments respecting its resting time so that you have it at home in the next 2-3 business days.

Ready to drink
Once we receive the order, we roast it, rest it, package it and send it... with this time frame it will arrive ready to be consumed in Filter , and if you wait a few more days, for Espresso .

Calmly..
..things turn out better. It is not necessary for your coffee to arrive in 24 hours unless you want to contemplate how beautiful the grain and the package are;)
