The TRAPEZOID is a filter for use in trapezoidal immersion methods (such as the Clever Dripper), coffee machines that use a trapezoidal basket, or any other equipment that can accommodate these filter shapes.
Its FAST Specialty Coffee filter technology provides a faster, more uniform and continuous flow for coffee extractions, especially important for high-volume coffee extractions, avoiding over-extractions and maintaining the brightness of the coffee, allowing to explore new extraction conditions and recipes, which until now have been limited.
As far as immersion methods go, the FAST provides a faster, more precise and even coffee draw, as well as delivering a clean, silky result in your cup.

Coffee needs a degassing time after being roasted, and as we work practically without stock , we will make our shipments respecting its resting time so that you have it at home in the next 2-3 business days.
Ready to drink
Once we receive the order, we roast it, rest it, package it and send it... with this time frame it will arrive ready to be consumed in Filter , and if you wait a few more days, for Espresso .
